An expression, often used by pilots, means:

"we are prepared, no problems, all set, cleared for take off, you are now good to go"

A friend of mine, formerly in the United States Air Force gave me this "use" of the expression. He uses it to mean:

"well, I'm set, how about you?"

Before I met him I had never heard it in any context.

A good all purpose term.
