A very
cool internet based
electronic music distribution system which offers albums in
mp3 format for subscribers. One may
buy entire albums for about nine
american dollars or single tracks for 99
cents. They do, however, offer a much
better subscription plan for those who are so inclined. They offer
unlimited downloads for three months at $15/month and $10/month for a full year. With the year subscription you even get a cool
fleece jacket. In my opinion, this is very much so superior to
Napster or
Gnutella, firstly because Emusic supports
RMP files which allow you to download entire albums at once and secondly because it is possible to support the artist while still getting music dirt cheap. And with labels like
Epitaph supporting them, there's plenty of good music to be had.
