Parody of the propensity for Hollywood to hork out intellectually insulting films. Appeared as a trailer in a ca. 1999 commercial for some online trading company, with Movie Trailer Voiceover Man doing the narration and George Takei as the evil villain who blows up porta-potties and lawn gnomes. Oh my!
