The Union of Finance Staff or UFS is essentially the trade union representing the staff employed by Zurich Financial Services, a British banking and investment group. The UFS emerged as a result of the merger of the previous staff associations of the component parts of the Zurich group such as Eagle Star and Allied Dunbar and has since been recognised as an independent trade union.

There is a partnership agreement in place between the UFS and Zurich.
