stopped living this present life
sifting back to a long lost past
unable to see reality from thoughts
only knowing the comfort of drifting back
  like a kind of therapy
  it's holding me again
but i guess not.

need to figure out where i am
trapped in the world of memories
where a true smile can cross my broken lips
and i can feel the life through me again
