Roman politician. Born c. 95 BCE, died 48 BCE.

As plebeian tribune for the year 57 BCE, Milo committed armed gangs to battle against the gladiatorial gangs of P. Clodius Pulcher, which were making the streets of Rome unsafe (in an effort to prevent Cnaius Pompeius Magnus from recalling Marcus Tullius Cicero from exile). The fighting in the streets went on for several years, until Milo murdered Clodius, in 52 BCE.

Milo fled into voluntary exile in Massilia (Marseille), but when he returned to Italy, he was captured at Cosa and executed.
