A yard toy for young children in the tradition of the Water Wiggle and Water Willy.

It came with a green plastic base you hooked to your hose, which a plastic cutout of Mr. T's head rested upon.

It was pretty thin and perpendicular to the base. Which ever direction it was leaning in, water shot the opposite direction at your opponent.

You each had three small red or yellow sponges and you scored by getting your opponent drenched with water. Whomever pitied the fool thrice won.
