The red pantsless villain with horns and yellow eyes who appears in most episodes of the Cartoon Network shows Cow and Chicken and I Am Weasel. He never is malevolent or threatening, but usually plays the part of a fraud or simply a goofy and annoying sot. Famous for doing the buttwalk. Voiced by Charlie Adler, who also incidentally acts as the voice of I R Baboon in I Am Weasel and the voices of Cow and Chicken in Cow and Chicken, among many of his other voice credits.
