Australian band from the late 70s, with punk / goth tendencies. In 1980 they changed name to The Birthday Party after their album of the same name.

Band members: Nick Cave, Mick Harvey, Tracy Pew, Phillip Calvert and Rowland S. Howard

Responsible for song "Shivers" which has been much covered, and featured on the Dogs In Space soundtrack.
