A raccoon baculum (penis bone). Sometimes mounted on a chain to be kept on a key-ring. Other uses for penis bones are bull's penis walking sticks and, if you happen to be an animal with one, to remove the mucus plug from your mate that may have been placed over the cervix by a prior mate.

Other strange uses for animal parts are "bull bags" (guess), kangaroo pouches (similar to a bull bag), elephant foot umbrella stands, and penis bone chess sets. Here's a great one... bull's penis judges gavel!!

Rancid_Pickle has told me that a texas toothpick might also be a bowie knife. I wouldn't know. Bowie knives and penis bones are two things I can do without.
