A word tool used in psychotherapy and self-help books.
A part of a sentence, such as "One of my emotions I have trouble accepting is...", is written at the top of a page of blank paper. You then have write as many completions for the sentence as quickly as possible.
The aim of this kind of exercise is to connect the subconcious with the paper to teach you about hidden and repressed feelings you may have. |
