Rumple Minze is a brand of peppermint schnapps. Its claim to fame is that it is 100 proof. The cool burning sensation of the alcohol makes the mint all that much colder. It's very tasty, so be careful with it - it tastes so sweet and minty that it's easy to forget that Rumple Minze is a good deal stronger than Vodka and Tequila.
