Pure Nomic is a type of Nomic invented by Jacob Davenport; he found the original initial ruleset too clunky, and instead started with the following ruleset:
1. All changes to game state must be agreed upon by all players.
This basically allows the players to construct a new game from nothing, from even more nothing than the original Nomic. Currently two known games of Pure Nomic have been played, and a third is on hold; you can view the current status of the games at <http://www.wunderland.com/WTS/Jake/Nomic/>.
