From Space Ghost Coast to Coast, the prison pod is the circular desk with a keyboard at which Zorac is trapped. From there he conducts the show's band.
The prison pod is actually just a cylinder a little higher than waist height, and Zorac has at enough freedom in it to stand on his head, and to go get coffee on occasion.
