Writer and journalist born May 13, 1854 in San Justo, Provincia de Buenos Aires (Argentina). He died at La Plata on February 28, 1917. Almafuerte was the most known of his pseudonyms.
Most of his work shows the lower classes oppressed and waiting for their time to become the ruling class.
