Time for something healthy. Almost too healthy. This is one of those love-it-or-hate-it dishes.

Ingredients:

Directions:
Shell and wash peas. Bring 2 cups water to a boil in a large saucepan; add peas and cauliflower. Cover and cook 7 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain well, and place in a bowl. Add salt; toss well.
Combine yogurt and next 4 ingredients; stir well. Pour over cauliflower mixture; toss gently.
Makes 4 1-cup servings.
