A suburb of Springfield, Missouri, and just a few minutes north of Branson, Missouri. Home of Lambert's Cafe and well...erm, thats about it. Most people who live in Ozark commute to one of the afformentioned cities as there is little industry in Ozark. The city picks up a lot of tourist money from Branson. Ozark also houses a minor league baseball team, The Ozark Mountain Ducks, a pitiful team that probably couldn't beat the local highschool team, and plays in a stadium they can't afford (they rent it out in the spring for SMSU's baseball games). Ozark has a high rated school system and the county seat for Christian County. |
