Here's another variant of Naked Twister. It uses the same rules as regular Twister, plus:
- All players begin the game without clothing.
- Before the first spin, each player must allow each opponent to apply at least one dot, the same size as those on the board, to their body, in whatever color and location the opponent wishes. Body paint is very useful for this step.
- During play, dots on players' bodies are equivalent to dots on the board (and, if you've planned it right, significantly more fun) when it comes time to make your move.
