A ready to eat breakfast cereal made by General Mills. It combines the style of the original Cheerio 'O' with five different grains to produce a potpourri of flavor. It has a slightly sweeter taste than Cheerios, however a much more dry taste than the Honey Nut variety. The five grains are: corn, oats, barley, rice and wheat. One cup has only 110 calories so it is a dieter's choice cereal and it contains high recommended daily percentages of numerous vitamins and minerals.
