1 lb, ground beef
2 or 3 slices, bacon
1 egg
3/4 cup, saltines
1 8 oz can, tomato sauce
1 tablespoon, onion
1 tablespoon, green pepper
Salt & pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place strips of bacon in the bottom of a loaf (bread) pan. Knead remaining ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Form into a loaf and place in pan on top of the bacon.

Bake for 1 hour. Serve with ketchup.
