| The Magnum 44 is a permanent marker produced by The Sanford Corporation. It's about 5 1/2" long and the barrel is about 1" in diameter. The chisel tip is 5/8" wide. Magnum 44 markers are very popular among novice graffiti writers due to their ability to leave permanent markings on most surfaces, and their broad tip. More experienced writers dislike the Magnum because it's markings are not as permanent as advertised, and they tend to fade quickly when exposed to rain and sunlight. Anyone who has ever handled a Magnum 44 will also tell you that they are arguably the strongest, most foul smelling markers in existence as well.
