Boston Celtics player Jim Loscutoff. Jim's jersey was retired, but his number (18) was kept active for Dave Cowens.

If you travel to the Fleet Center, you'll see the banner with retired numbers hanging from the ceiling, and one box has, instead of a number, "LOSCY."
