| Osborne Ruddock (1941-1989)
Born Kingston, Jamaica. Started out fixing radios, moved into experimenting with sound-system amplifiers, started Tubby's Home Town Hi-Fi sound-system in 1968. Invented dub music with his version of 'You Don't Care'. Much of his best work was with The Aggrovators. Shot dead for a few dollars, his (licensed) gun and a gold chain. A genius.
