Jim Belushi, brother of John Belushi, was the mediocre star of such mediocre films as K-9 and (wracks brain to remember another infinitely forgettable Jim Belushi film) er Red Heat, although I suppose he was more of a second fiddle/buddy to Arnie's Russian cop (or Military Police/KGB agent, generic cold war untrusted totalitarian enemy figure or whatever he was).
