The Alien Crime Master at the end of Carnage Canyon (Stage 1) in the Game Boy game Nemesis. Despite having the coolest name of all the enemies in the game, the Intergalactic Super Force is really easy to defeat. Just keep firing and stay out of the way of its laser beams.

I believe there's a boss identical to this one in the NES game, Genesis.
