Meaning "Would you like some Hummus, French Fries and Israeli Salad in your sandwich?"
This is the default question and answer when ordering Israeli Food like Shwarma, grilled meat or a Schnitzel in a normal Pita, Laffa or Baguette. This is virtually never asked when ordering Falafel or Sabich, as neither are traditionally served with chips.
If you would like any other additional sauce or salad (Such as Tahina, Zhug or Ketchup), you must ask for it specifically. In most cases it will not be offered even if it is right there.
Oddly enough, Humus/Chips/Salat? Is also asked when ordering an Israeli style Thai chicken baguette or a deli meat sandwich.
