This message appears on E2 under the title Nothing Found. If you follow new writeups closely, you try to read most everything that shows up, even those writeups that are rude, ranty, or just plain foolish. Sometimes, Everything Editors and Gods have reached the writeup first, and spared you the pain of reading what was there.
This message is also what people say when they have led you on a wild goose chase, promising something amazing to see. You arrive, and the person leading you makes the above statement. Breathless, you can't really chew them out for it, but invariably in these cases, there always should be something resembling a wiffle bat nearby, which you can use to bonk them on the head, repeatedly. |
