Often heard on the CBC, which broadcasts the same feed to all of the Atlantic provinces, including Newfoundland, without a delay feed. Because the Rock is in a different time zone than the rest of the Maritimes, this means that Newfies see the same shows at what is, for them, a different time. To account for this, the CBC announces program times with this caveat, or else says "Catch Hockey Night in Canada tonight at 7 o'clock, 7:30 in Newfoundland!"
