Granny McCoy's pumpkin pie

This is the best pumpkin pie I've personally ever had, and it is great with whipped cream if you like that on a pie. Apologies that this does not contain a pie shell recipe; for this, you'll need to get two ready-made ones OR find a separate recipe for them.

Ingredients:

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and pour into two deep, unbaked pie shells. Bake for about 50 minutes, or until a knife comes out of the center clean.

Yield: 2 9-inch pies
