Commonly the lowest setting (not counting "Off") on a multifunction spray nozzle for a garden hose. Water dispensed at this setting languidly floats to the ground with the force of butterfly wings or flower petals.

Unless you are watering the most delicate blossoms or sensitive garden plants -- or you're getting paid by the hour -- it's probably better to use a stronger setting. Most overcast days are wetter.
