Is a very cool and powefull CASE tool, made in Uruguay by Artech.

It's fairly easy to use, and releaves an information system developer of database design, and code writing.

It generates code for most of the commercial DBMS, and a bunch of platforms, including AS400, SQL embedded on C, Visual Basic, Java, C#, etc.
Generating complex dinamic websites and webservices, is one of the most interesting "new features" of the more than 10 years old tool.
