Ingredients:

• 1 oz Vodka
• 1/2 oz Creme de Cacao
• 1/2 oz Triple Sec
• 1 oz Lime juice
• 1 oz Light Cream

Simply throw the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, shake 'em all up, and serve. This is an interesting drink that I've only ever seen served in Captain America's in Dublin. You have to use very light cream, so that you get the taste, but not the curdling. The taste can't be described, just try one yourself.

Although the drink is grey in colour, I have no idea what its association with Galway is. It's probably just for alliteration, as neither vodka, limes, Creme de Cacao nor Triple Sec are things you'd readily associate with Galway.
