It appears on their 1994 album "Hungary for Stink" and was co-written with the Cosmic Psychos. A quick Google-search reveals the story, should anyone be interested.
The story behind this song is that L7 basically ripped off the Cosmic Psychos 'Lost Cause' and added different words. As L7 and the Psychos are pretty good friends, L7 gave them half writing credit for the song.
