Only two deities (both feminine) are associated with the Fate Rune: Arachne Solara (who has no cult, but is not a dead god; she owns the Fate Rune) and Aranea (goddess of Spiders, who probably gets associated with the rune for two reasons: Arachne Solara is spidery, and the Fate Rune helps distinguish Aranea from Gorakiki, who is also associated with the Darkness and Beast Runes).
The rune is represented by 3 lines crossing at a central point, like an asterisk.
