This is something that grew out of something that was once called OSF/1. Some people confuse the evil Ultrix with this. It is an operating system based upon a microkernel architecture, and it acts System Vish at times. Let us all hope it will not be called Compaq UNIX, because that would just be wrong.

Formerly OSF/1 now Tru64 UNIX. Fully 64-bit Operating System written by Digital Equipment Coporation.
