Candace Cameron Bure

Candace Cameron Bure was born April 6, 1976 to Bob and Barbara Cameron in Panorama City, California. She was raised with her 2 older sisters (Melissa and Bridget) and her older brother (Kirk) in San Fernando Valley, California. When she was 5 she started acting (around the same time her brother Kirk had his first TV appearence) in commercials, small TV appearences and minor movie roles. In July of 1986, she landed the role she is most famous for: Donna Jo Tanner on Full House.

In 1994 Dave Coulier (Joey on Full House) introduced her to Russian hockey player Valeri Bure. Bure and Cameron had a 2 year, long distance relationship, and in 1996 they were married. She has retired from acting, and now stays at home full time with her daughter and two sons, Natasha (born August 19, 1998), Lev (born Februrary 20, 2000), and Maksim (born January 20, 2002), and her two dogs, Emma and Sydney.
