The hangout of pretty much every character on the sitcom Frasier. It is close to the radio station, so that explains the appearance of Frasier and his coworkers, but otherwise it seems to be the gravitational center of Seattle. People always run into one another accidentally here: Frasier runs into his brother Niles in the first episode, the brothers see Maris feasting in a bakery across the street, both Frasier and Roz meet long lost high school classmates there, etc., etc.... A true cross-section of occupations and social strata, and thus unlike any coffee house in the real world. But everyone should have a place like this to hang out.
