There is also a Cafe Diem in Atlanta, Georgia. It is in Virignia Highlands which is not far outside of what is considered "downtown". It is a quaint little restaurant/coffe house. I have tried it several times. It seems to draw a crowd of regulars much like the Cafe mentioned above. The best item I could find on the menu was the vanilla ice cream with a shot of espresso poured over the top. I don't recall the name of this particular dessert.
