Caer Dallben is the home of most of the main characters in The Prydain Chronicles. These include the old enchanter Dallben, Taran, Coll and Hen Wen (the oracular pig). It is the home of The Book of Three.

It can be assumed, at the end of The High King that it becomes the new headquarters of the kingdom and that Taran and his new wife Eilonwy will rule from there.

First seen in the novel The Book of Three. No battle takes place there and no one, except for Pryderi has died violently there.
