Bregna is a totalitarian dictatorship known for its honourable military, Big Brother style continuous observation, and corrupt government. It is led by the charismatic dictator Trevor Goodchild, who came to power through a biological warfare scheme in an early episode. Bregna's border with Monica is defended by gun turrets, large scissor-like devices, and a wall reminiscent of the Berlin Wall. Residents of Bregna are known as Breens.
