In curling, a rock that barely touches the outer edge of the twelve-foot ring (the outermost ring). That is, a rock that is barely in a potential scoring position. They seldom count unless the house is clear of opposing rocks.

A person who "bites off of" or steals something unique to someone else. Generally an insult in junior high. Similar to someone who is "bandwagon" or a poser. A wannabe.
