| Here's an easy stir fry dish for everyone. I prefer veal with this, but steak works fine. If you make more sauce, you can mix it in rice with excellent results. Like spicy food? Use red peppers or tabasco. Highly versatile and easy to make.

- Parboil the green peppper, drain and dry.
- Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, a bit of sugar and cornstarch to the beef, mix well.
- Heat a bit of oil in a wok, stir-fry the onion. Put it aside, add more oil. Stir fry the beef until it is rare.
- Toss in everything else. Stir fry quickly until it is cooked. Serve hot.
