First of a series of "new wave" various artists compilation disques by Warner Brothers Records, from the early 80s. It included B-sides and outtakes from various bands on the (American) Warner family of labels, like The Ramones, The Pretenders, Laurie Anderson, Gang of Four, John Hiatt, Marshall Crenshaw, and The B-52's, et al. There was also a Revenge of the Killer B's, etc, which cast a wider net, including such artistes as Madonna and Fleetwood Mac.
