Alfred Charles Razzell is best known for his voice sampling on Roger Waters' Amused To Death. He was born in June 1897 and served in World War I in the Eighth Batallian of the Royal Fusiliers.

He spoke in an interview from which Roger Waters dubbed into two songs:
