and summarizes with "

When I saw
Ministry at the
Roseland Ballroom in
New York City on
April 14, 1996, he started with the standard
fuck you, and proceeded to curse ever-more-inclusive categories:
New York,
the United States,
North America, and so on through
the universe and everything.
