Adnan Khashoggi is a Saudi financier and arms dealer who was involved in the Iran-Contra Scandal. He is a member of the Saudi royal family and is the uncle of Princess Diana's deceased boyfriend, Dodi Fayed. He has been called by some the "richest man in the world", with his wealth estimated at 2-4 billion dollars in the 1980s.
