| A relatively low-cost entry from California's Cenral Coast, and my wife's selection to accompany our Thanksgiving dinner. I would have chosen something lighter, a Pinot Noir perhaps, but as it turned out this was a pretty good choice. The wine was relatively straightforward, but with nice hints of oak (it is a barrel-aged wine), cherry, and something reminiscent of cloves. It is certainly not something for the cellar, but if you need a cheap wine to go with a beef dish, this would suffice.
